Frida Andersén (SWE) and Herta (SWB born 2002 by Cortus out of Herica (F4) 26220 by Krius xx-Labrador, breeder Andersén Fälttävlanscentrum) got 47.90 in the first day of eventing individual dressage at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. Linda Algotsson (SWE) and Fairnet (SWB born 2006 by Feliciano out of Fairlisia 29134 by Dalby Jaguar xx-Prince Fair xx, breeder Margareta Algotsson) got 50.9.

The competitors were judged by Marilyn Payne of the United States, Andrew Bennie of New Zealand and Sandy Phillips of Great Britain.
