Based on observation days and the young horse competition classes held at the 2013 CDI Falsterbo, selectors for the ASVH society and the Swedish Equestrian Federation was able to announe the horses which have been selected to the 2013 World Championships for Young Dressage Horses in Verden, Germany on 7-11 August 2013. Five Swedish Warmbloods were selected:
5-year olds
Bilan (SWB by Bocelli out of Dilbér (F2) 25846 by Donnerschlag-Gauguin de Lully, breeder Per-Arne Persson) with Minna Telde,
Diva (SWB by Richfield out of Deja 28710 by Silvano-Don Schufro, breeder Marie Haward) with Anna Svanberg and
Red Devil (SWB by Don Primero out of Olympia 22784 by Chirac-Indus, breeder Eva Albertsen) with Sandra Sterntorp
6-year olds
Faustino 1244 (SWB by Figaro R out of Ballerina 24034 by Bernstein-Toe Hold xx, breeder Gränsbo stuteri) with Mia Runesson and
Santiago (SWB by Topaasch out of Esmeralda by Rubinrot-Warsteiner, breeder Magnus Ringmark and Stefan Jansson) with Martina Wikström
The Swedish selectors, Bo Jenå and Susanne Gielen, also selected the 5-year old Oldenburg stallion Floricello (rider Andreas Helgstrand), the 6-year old KWPN stallion Carlton Hill (rider Mia Runesson) and the 6-year old American owned Westfalian stallion Rausing (rider Sandra Sterntorp).
