The Dressage test to be performed did not include any Piaffe or Passage and was held in a 20 x 40 meter arena. The horses had to perform various school movements such as figure of eights, rein back, flying changes and circles. As well as completing a dressage test, horse and rider then had to jump a small course of show jumps and then ride around an obedience test.

The A-premium stallion Ravell 959 was bred 1994 by his owner Team Piaff in Hasslarp, Sweden. Ravell´s sire is Elite stallion Bernstein 761. The dam Dancing Lady xx 18031 was a thoroughbred mare by Toe Hold xx-Hornbeam xx. Dancing Lady was placed in medium level in jumping and got Elite premium for her offsprings in 1998. Ravell´s fullsister Ballerina 24034 is mother of the stallion Bocelli 1044.
Ravell received 9-10-9 for his gaits under saddle at his Swedish warmblood stallion performance test and 41 points for his conformation.
Ravell placed 2d in the Swedish Championships for 4-year old dressage horses. As 5-year old he placed 2d in the Swedish Breeder´s Trophyfinals for dressage horses and placed 10th at the 1999 World Championships for Young Dressage Horses in Arnhem, The Netherlands.
Ravell and Mia Runesson won a gold medal at the Swedish Championships for Young rider in 2006 and they where member in the Swedish team at the European Championships for Young rider in Austria. In 2007 Mia and Ravell got a bronze medal at the Swedish Championships for Young rider.
Ida Kristoffersson and Ravell placed 4d in the Swedish Championships for Junior rider in 2008. Ida and Ravell placed at the international competition in Freudenberg, Germany 2009.
Ravell covered 164 mares in 1998-2004, then he got a break from breeding until 2008.

Chapman 757 - the Elite stallion
Elite stallion Chapman 757 was bred 1982 by Stellan Steinbach. Chapmans sire is Chagall 455, who is by Utrillo 432-Frondeur 333. The dame Dorina 7192 is by Dorn 314 out of Daina 6588 by Kalmuck 372-Novarro 179. Chapmans fullbrother Leroy has competed at the Olympic Games. Elise Fredriksson purchased Chapman as a yearling. Chapman was champion at his Swedish warmblood stallion performance test and received 9-10 for jumping under saddle and 40 points for his conformation.
Chapman was one of Sweden´s leading breeding stallions. He is ranked in the top ten of the Swedish breeding index and has produced numerous offspring that are competing at international level for example Charlatan (Kristian von Krusenstierna), Rasputin (Mieko Yagi), Donna Prescelly (Nina Hoffman) and Ten Points (Per Sandgaard). Rasputin won the 2007 Japanese Dressage Championships.
Chapman has seven approved sons - Baryshnikov 867, Copain 900, Rambo 910, Camaro 918, Tutanchamon 1079 in Sweden, Cezanne 9025 and Gulliver´s Travels 9066 in USA.
Chapman himself was competed by Per Johansson his entire Grand Prix career and they were one of the top Swedish combinations in the ´90s. He regulary competed at the Swedish National Dressage Championships. He finished fourth at the 1992 Championships in Strömsholm, third in 1994 in Falsterbo, fifth in 1996 in Flyinge and fifth in 1998 in Strömsholm.
Chapman and Per competed at the 1994 World Equestrian Games in Hague, where they placed sith with the Swedish team. Chapman passed away in may 2006.

Briar 899 - a fantastic stallion and dressage horse!
The Elite stallion Briar 899 was bred 1991 by his owner Hans-Yngve Göransson. Briar´s sire is Magini 695, who is by Maraton 600-Ganesco 503. The dame Charis (F2) 21695 is by Krocket 651 out of Mickaela (F2) 13537 by Illum 527-Gaspari 340. Briar 899 is known in the competition ring as Björsells Briar, under steady rider Jan Brink.
In spite of his youth he competed at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, as the youngest horse there. Briar made a big impression on the international scene after finishing second behind Rusty and Ulla Salzgeber at the 2003 European Championships in Hickstead, England. He placed seventh in the 2004 Olympic Games. In 2005 he won double bronze individually and in the team at the European Championship, and wrote history within the equestrian sport with his superior victory in the Grosse Preis, Aachen. In 2006 Briar became historical by winning his fifth gold medal in the Swedish Championship, which no horse has ever before achieved. In 2007 he won his sixth Swedish Championship gold medal and a bronze medal at the European Championship in Turin. Briar and Jan took World Cup victory in Stockholm 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007 and in Neumünster 2006 and in Gothenburg 2007. Briar won his last competition in Sweden at Gothenburg Horse Show 2009.
Briar has been amongst the top placed dressage stallions of the world since 2001. He was the second highest placed dressage stallion after Krack C in the 2003 World Breeding Ranking for Sport Horses, managed by WBFSH (World Breeding Federation for Sport Horses). 2004 WBFSH announced that Briar 899 was the highest placed breeding sire for the year.
Briar is approved for breeding in Sweden, Hannover, Oldenburg and KWPN. He has ten approved sons - Berlioz 978, Biggles 1015 and Brisbane 1081 in Sweden, Isos 9067, Bella Caroli and Agastrofos in USA, Meges and Anton in Oldenburg, Byalee Briar and DS Burlington Bertie in Australia.
Briar has several offsprings competing on the international sence - Bukowski (Anders Dahl), Crossy (Marie Munthers), Mac Brian (Amy Stovold), Charleston (Kristian von Krusenstierna), April 4cible (Kristian von Krusenstierna), Biggles 1015 (Kristian von Krusenstierna), Baltzar (Elisabeth Hjelm) and Candyman (Axel Olin).
