Sara Algotsson-Ostholt (SWE) and Wega (SWB born 2001 by Irco Mena out of La Fair 25359 by Labrador-Prince Fair xx, breeder Margareta Algotsson) placed 5th and got 74.138% (= 25.9) in the eventing dressage test.

17-year old Wega is the oldest horse at the World Championships in the eventing.

Ludwig Svennerstål (SWE) and Stinger (SWB born 2007 by Spender S out of On a Pedestal xx 28750 by Waajib xx-Tanfirion xx, breeder Skånegårdar AB) got 67.126% (= 32.9).

Anna Freskgard (SWE) and Box Qutie (SWB born 2006 by Quite Easy out of Lady Like KLT by Little Boy-Amore xx, breeder Therese Örup) got 67.816% (= 32,2) in the eventing dressage test.

Niklas Lindbäck (SWE) and Focus Filiocus (SWB born 2007 by Feliciano out of Blue Bells xx 28447 by Be My Chief-Nijinsky II, breeder Tun Albertson) got 67.759% (= 32.2).

Heidi Bratlie Larsen (NOR) and Euforian (SWB born 2005 by Camaro M out of Evelina by Willibald-Eudaemon xx, breeder Gunnel and Ove Isacsson) got 63.908% (= 36.1), a personal best in the dressage for them.

Heidi Bratlie Larsen (NOR) and Euforian (SWB born 2005 by Camaro M out of Evelina by Willibald-Eudaemon xx, breeder Gunnel and Ove Isacsson) writes history. Heidie is the first Norwegian to participate in eventing in WEG and also the first Norwegian to compet in 4*!

The 2018 World Equestrian Games in Tryon, USA

Dong Seon Kim (KOR) and Bukowski "Bam Bam" (SWB born 1999 by Briar out of Sunjist xx 23884 by Junius-Green God, breeder Erik Magnusson) got 67.562% in Grand Prix.

20-year old Bukowski is the oldest horse at the World Championships in the dressage.

He competed by Anders Dahl (DEN) in 2009-2011. Unfortunately, the Danish Equestrian Federation never selected him on their championship team, which left the rider very disappointed and in 2011 Bukowski was sold to Dong Seon Kim.

Dong Seon Kim (KOR) and Bukowski (SWB) represented Korea at the  2014 World Equestrian Games and at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio. After having been trained by Hubertus Schmidt, Kim is now coaching by Jan Bemelmans.

Dong Seon Kim acquired Gerd Kraft's equestrian centre Gestut St. Ludwig in Wegberg, Germany in may 2018.
